My goal for this blog is to start a discussion on communication. I want to share a number of ideas I've used over the last 13 years as a communication consultant and trainer.
I'm constantly learning too. I want to discuss how we will communicate better in the future. I'm particularly interested in persuading and influencing, communicating in the media and politics and developing new communication strategies.
I believe communication and can make or break businesses. We need to think about how we communicate to our clients, our colleagues, our peers and our bosses.
